Integration Coaching Session

Integration is a key aspect of working with altered states of consciousness experiences (ASOC). It can be helpful to talk through the details of your experience to highlight key messages, unusual symbolism or gain insights from repetitive feelings or themes. This is a 45 minute coaching session that is focused on integrating your ASOC experience into meaning for your everyday life purpose.

K Mari Castle, Ph.D. utilizes her background in Transpersonal Psychology along with her understanding of ancient cultural wisdom to help understand or shed light on important aspects of your experience. Self-inquiry or Ideas for a self-care practice may be offered.
