Shaman’s Breath Facilitator Training Part 1 – Relationship with the Self

Description

In Part One of the Teacher Training, you will get introduced to a variety of Breathwork techniques to create a daily practice that works best for you, and also be provided with a list of resources for continued learning. We will dive into concepts related to connecting the breath and energy body to instantly shift your mindset and initiate your journey of transformation. We will actually be DOING the breathwork, so be prepared to cleanse, to renew and to feel relaxed and present. This Introduction to Breathwork module includes body awareness on the energy centers in the lower body, the root and the sacral chakra.

Date and Times: This is an on-demand, on-line experience to go at your own pace. You will access the recordings through a membership. There will be a Live In Person Zoom introduction session with Mari on May 28th, 2025.
