Dreaming Awake: 4-day Grof® Breathwork Retreat in Crystal River, FL
DATES TBD. Friday 6p (arrive as early as 3p!) to Monday 11am (Martin Luther King Jr holiday weekend).
Enjoy a 4-day immersion in nature on the Withlacoochee River. We will explore our inner and outer nature, to include 4 Grof® Breathwork sessions with an emphasis on integrating nature and archetypal identification.

Cost ranges from $999-$699 and is based on occupancy choice (scroll to bottom for options). Includes meals, lodging and workshop activities. Transportation is not included.
Crystal River, FL is located 1 hour north of the Tampa International Airport on the Nature Coast. The Withlacoochee River and house location is about 15 minutes north of Crystal River. You are welcome to arrive anytime after 3p and begin to enjoy the serenity of being surrounded in nature!

Experience serenity on the Withacoochee River! THESE DATES AND COSTS ARE TBD – set for FEB 2025.
Cost of workshop includes 4 nights lodging on the Withlacoochee River in Crystal River, FL, all meals and 4 Grof Holotropic Breathwork sessions (2 breather and 2 sitter) plus additional workshop activities.
Workshop is limited to 12 participants.
On-Site Lodging options are single occupancy, double/couple occupancy, and shared occupancy.
Private King room / shared bathroom – single $1800, couple $1350/pp
Private Queen room / shared bathroom – single $1599, dbl/cpl $1200/pp
Shared twin / shared bathroom – $999/pp
Registration and payment can be made on-line. E-mail Mari.breathwork9@gmail.com and provide your first and second room preference. You will receive confirmation of your room choice and an invoice to pay with Paypal, Venmo or Zelle.
Payment Options: 1) PayPal.Me/Breathwork9 2) Venmo account @Mari-breath9 3) Zelle phone number 5412706599. An option to hold your space with a $100 deposit is available, however, to receive early discount payment must be made in full by November 30th, 2023 and monthly payments are required.
2 academic and/or experiential credits toward Grof Studies/Ubiquity University degree.
Cancellation policy: Payments made are fully refundable minus $50 admin fees before December 20th, 2023.
OFF-SITE LODGING is available and will be considered once On-Site lodging is close to full capacity (7 participants). Max occupancy of on-site lodging is 9 participants.
Transportation costs are not included. If you’re interested in sharing a rental car or shuttle, an e-mail list will be provided.

Mari Castle, PhD first experienced Holotropic Breathwork in 1999 and has been hosting workshops since 2005. She is passionate about spreading Dr. Stan Grof’s 60 years of consciousness research and Grof® Breathwork across the world! Read Mari’s full bio on the About page or tap here.
Amy Burrell, MA holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts and a Bachelor’s in dance and psychology. She has extensive training in trauma-informed holistic healing arts modalities and is currently part of the 1st Grof Psychedelic therapists in training.
