Join us for a 5-day, 4-night Breathwork Retreat on the coastal town of Yachats, Oregon this May 27th-31st, 2026!
Cost of workshop includes 4 nights oceanfront lodging, a Shamanic Breathing session, 2 Grof Holotropic Breathwork sessions (once as a breather and once as a sitter), as well as guided hikes in the magical rainforest of the Oregon coast, drives to majestical ocean views, and spectacular sunsets from our very own porch. All meals (except for 1 dinner and daily breakfast) are on your own. The city of Yachats has AMAZING choices of cuisine and is walking distance to the rental house. A discount of $50 is available if you register and pay in full by March 31st, 2026.

It is possible to have 3 occupants in this space to apply a further discount with shared King bed.

Cancellation policy: Payments made are non-refundable after April 17th. $100 admin fee will apply to any refund prior to the deadline.

Mari Castle, PhD first experienced Holotropic Breathwork in 1999 and has been hosting 1- day and weekend workshops since 2005. Her two books, along with her background in Transpersonal Psychology and Ancient Wisdom stems from her powerful experiences.
